Job description McLoughlin Decorating is an award-winning contractor who has worked on some of the most iconic London projects. We have been trading for over 30 years and have a reputation second to none for delivering our projects to meet the needs of our clients. We carry out contracts ranging in value from £10,000 to £4,000,000. Due to a very busy order book and our planned growth over the coming years we require a Multi Trader with a joinery background to join our site team(s) based in Enfield, but will cover work in London and the Home Counties. A company vehicle and fuel card will be supplied. Duties and Responsibilities Working in conjunction with our painting and decorating teams to carryout pre- decoration repairs Carrying out joinery/carpentry repairs and fit out. Carryout minor masonry repairs . Re-pointing of brickwork . Plastering/rendering . Measuring out and ordering materials required for the tasks allocated Essential Experience: Must have a trade background with a minimum of 5 years experience Must have valid CSCS Card Own Tools Own vehicle is desirable, element of travel will be subsidised Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) Experience in the Construction industry Must hold a clean current Drivers Licence for minimum of 2 years This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that has a healthy order book and is well positioned to grow and expand over the coming years.
