You will be responsible in leading the care/nursing team ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of all residents.To be considered for this great opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience as outlined below. Background in service users with learning disabilities. At least two years experience working with people in a community setting. Leads with compassion, kindness, and champions the very best care of residents. Experienced in developing care plans and auditing. Proven experience supervising and supporting Care staff. Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends.In addition, it is highly beneficial, that you can demonstrate the below.
