Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented approach
• An interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness would be advantageous
