Reporting to the Production Supervisors and working closely with Production, Design and Client Services teams, the Production Operative will support the production process, ensuring products are manufactured, packed and dispatched to the highest quality standards.Picking, collating and packing components accurately to required standardsSupporting production schedules and ensuring targets are metMaintaining quality standards and following company procedures at all timesRecording production information and material usage accurately within company systemsOperating production equipment following training and established guidelinesCarrying out basic machine checks, cleaning and maintenance support activitiesReporting faults, discrepancies or production issues promptlyPacking, labelling and preparing products for dispatchAssisting colleagues across production departments as requiredMaintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment RequirementsThe successful Production Operative will be reliable, punctual and possess excellent attention to detail.
