You will provide support within both classroom-based and practical workshop environments.In this role, you will provide tailored support to learners with a range of additional needs, enabling them to engage fully in both theoretical and practical construction activities while fostering a safe, inclusive environment where all learners can participate confidently and independently. You will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and other learning needs, using a variety of strategies to encourage participation, develop skills, and promote positive learning behaviours.
