Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the lead on complex, high-value engineering projects?

We''re looking for a commercially minded, technically capable leader to oversee projects from initial planning through to successful delivery. You''ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multimillion-pound budgets and programmes, and work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving challenges and driving continuous improvement across a busy engineering environment.

• Lead and develop project teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

• Manage multiple engineering projects from inception to completion, overseeing programmes, budgets, resources and milestones.

• Oversee the delivery of multimillion-pound projects, managing costs, risks and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support tendering activities, reviewing project requirements and identifying the resources needed for successful delivery.

• Contribute to technical design reviews and project planning.

• Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and profitability.

• Drive effective communication and information flow across project teams.

• Degree-qualified in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 10 years'' experience in project management within an engineering environment.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale engineering projects from start to finish.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities.

• Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and project risks.

• Confident communicator with excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive approach to process improvement, change management and operational efficiency.
