Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and reliable Air Tightness Tester to join our growing team based in Leicester. This is a field-based role involving travel to residential and commercial sites across the Midlands and surrounding areas to carry out air permeability (airtightness) testing in accordance with industry standards. The successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out air tightness testing on residential and commercial properties, setting up and operating blower door testing equipment, and producing accurate test reports. They will liaise professionally with site managers, contractors and clients while ensuring all testing is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures. The role also includes maintaining testing equipment and representing the company professionally on every site visit. Essential Requirements Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding regions, with occasional overnight stays if required. They should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing their own workload.
