Head of Fundraising Strategy and Operations Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience Location: Hybrid (London HQ) Mencap is seeking an exceptional fundraising operations and strategy leader to join the organisation as Head of Fundraising Strategy and Operations. This is a newly created and highly influential role at the centre of Mencap''s fundraising transformation journey. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Fundraising, the successful candidate will act as a key strategic partner, helping to build the systems, processes, insight and infrastructure required to support sustainable fundraising growth.
