Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of statutory building safety and compliance programmes, ensuring homes meet all regulatory requirements. You will lead key compliance areas including gas servicing, fire safety, asbestos management, and electrical safety, and line-manage the Performance and Service Improvement Officer, supporting high-quality data, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a confident leader with strong technical knowledge, collaborative skills, and a solutions-focused approach.
