A leading ATC client of ours is currently in the market for a Systems Engineer to join the team on a contract basis to work on a variety of exciting new projects across the UK. In the role you will be responsible for both installation and support of a brand-new bespoke Air Traffic solutions. Your Main Responsibilities Communicating with customers about all technical issues and providing first-class customer serviceInstalling, integrating, commissioning the system/ solutions and getting system (s) operationalProvide ongoing support to the system/ solutionsPlanning, creating and coordinating data/information to implement the technical solution (s)Trouble shooting - organising measures in connection with technical issues to remedy system errorsCollaborate with Solution Architect for decisions on implementation of complex technical solutions and system optimisationInspecting and accepting products from sub suppliers and partners prior to implementationCreate and review the system (s) technical documentation and interfacesCollaboration with Competence centres (Vienna/ Canada) and relevant internal stakeholders.
