As an HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER, you''ll keep the retail operation flowing by ensuring their stock is in the right place at the right time for our customers. Based out of one of the national or regional distribution centres, you''ll be transporting goods right across our supply chain network and shops in one of our LGV articulated vehicles. Maintaining a full knowledge of the Highway code, WTD, EU Drivers Hours Regulations, the Partnership''s Transport Partners handbook and the driver''s training pack and adhere to them Finding solutions to unexpected situations on the day and keeping the transport office up to date with your journey, communicating any problems and delays that might occur. Reporting any vehicle issues appropriately. Completing Supplier and Partnership documentation accurately.
