Description The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of advisory and transactional mandates, including: Executive compensation arrangementsEquity and share-based incentive plansRemuneration structures for listed and private companiesIncentives aspects of MandA and private equity transactionsCorporate governance, disclosure, and regulatory complianceCross-border incentive and compensation issues You will collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate, tax, employment, regulatory, and international teams. Profile 1-4 PQE (or equivalent) in incentives, tax, employment, or corporate lawStrong technical grounding in compensation and incentives matters (open to candidates developing in this area)Experience advising on incentives in a transactional context is advantageousExcellent drafting skills ..... full job details .....
