Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of a portfolio of residential developments and leasehold properties. Support the preparation of meeting agendas, reports and minutes for AGMs, EGMs and resident meetings. Handle resident and client enquiries via telephone, email and post, ensuring excellent customer service. Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests, liaising with residents, contractors and suppliers. Assist with service charge administration, invoice processing and financial record keeping. Support health and safety compliance, insurance claims administration and contractor management.Attend property inspections and assist with reporting and follow-up actions. Help administer legal documentation, consents and property-related enquiriesRequirementsPrevious experience within property management, lettings, facilities management, estate management or a strong administrative role.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Customer-focused approach with confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders.Good ..... full job details .....
