Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance EngineerLocation: York Area, North YorkshireShift Pattern: Days (Monday to Thursday)Salary: £19.70/hourReporting to: Planned Maintenance Manager Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, to join an established client in the York area. You will be responsible for working on reactive and planned maintenance, to all equipment on site.Main responsibilities include:Perform Statutory and Preventative Maintenance on Plant and Equipment.Responding to plant breakdownsDiagnose faults on plant and equipment.Carry out Plant Repairs, rebuilds as requiredManufacture replacement parts as / if required - lathe / milling experience preferredAssist in plant and equipment installation in line with design specifications.Use portable plant and power tools correctly.Welding / FabricationFlexibility to work overtime if neededA good level of IT literacy to support the documentation side of the role using the company CMMS system.Proven experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Fitter / Maintenance TechnicianLevel 3 NVQ Mechanical Engineering or similar, is preferable.Undertake additional training as required.Excellent time-management and organisational skills.Follow company safety systems and work protocolExperience with CAD / Solidworks, is advantageousExperience in Automation / Robots, is advantageousElectrically Competent - 18 Edition, is advantageousAbout UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and ..... full job details .....
