This is a varied role combining driving responsibilities and warehouse duties, with approximately 2 days per week spent making deliveries and collections and 3 days per week supporting warehouse operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time, while supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving DutiesDeliver products to customers using a Sprinter van or Long Wheel Base van.Complete local and regional deliveries efficiently and professionally.Carry out vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.Obtain proof of delivery where required.Plan delivery routes efficiently and communicate any issues or delays promptly.Warehouse DutiesPick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.Load and unload incoming deliveries.Move stock safely within the warehouse.Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory control.Receive, inspect and book goods into the warehouse.Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety.Assist with general ..... full job details .....
