This is can be a full-time or part-time role, covering a caseload of carers in Devon. The role is remote working, you have flexibility to work from home, however you will need to engage in Face-to-face visits with carers. The role is to supervise foster carers and children looked after who are placed with stable foster families. You will apply the fostering regulations and National Minimum standards into your practice and use a therapeutic fostering approach. Your caseload will be around 5 carers which means there will be good work-life balance.
