You''ll be responsible for scheduling workflow, maintaining high quality standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and leading a team to meet production targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and workflow within the paint department. Manage and monitor team performance, drive KPI achievement. Maintain high standards of quality and health and safety. Provide hands-on support in paint spraying when required. Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and cost control. Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes. Liaise with management and departments to meet customer expectations. Experience Required: 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role within a busy workshop. Proven experience in paint spraying and powder coating. Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety practices. Proficient in MS Office and performance monitoring via KPIs. Desirable: NVQ/SVQ Level 2/3 in paint spraying or shop management. Apprenticeship in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
