Personal Lines Account Handler

Location: Bournemouth Salary: £doe + bonus Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch, hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day at home - Wednesday), 25 days holiday, pension (auto enrolment employer 6%, employee 2%), optional cash plan and flexed holiday (can buy up to another 5 days per year), paid for parking, great social team environment Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our client at their office in Bournemouth. Ideally you will have experience in personal lines in either home or motor insurance, however our client will also look at a trainee who has a willingness to learn and wants a career within insurance. As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler, you will have the ability to develop and maintain a portfolio of clients that encourages long term relationships, encompassing new business, renewals and adjustments, through client contact, and the preparation of presentations. The role is split into Sales, Customer Services and Account Management and responsibilities include:- To realise individual sales targets through the achievement of new business and renewal figures, self-monitoring individual sales activity to ensure all avenues are maximised.
