We are entering an ambitious growth phase and seek an experienced Head of PMO to lead and provide strategic direction to our project delivery function.Where your Expertise Will Add Value

Reporting to the C-suite, you will shape and run a successful project function across post-sales, delivery, and transition into operations. This includes:Building strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectationsLeading project delivery using structured methodologiesCoordinating and optimising resource allocationMonitoring and evaluating project performanceDesigning and improving operational processesDeveloping and executing effective communication plansManaging project risks and ensuring complianceOverseeing commercial aspects of project deliveryYour Skills and Experience

Proven background in B2B environments, ideally within IT Managed ServicesRecognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, CAPM)Strong working knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile governance frameworksExtensive experience delivering technical projects within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystemTrack record of evolving, restructuring, and maturing PMO functionsDemonstrable success in leading and developing high-performing teamsSolid understanding of financial governance across multiple projects, including budget management, invoicing, scope changes, and forecastingSkilled in producing weekly highlight reports and maintaining accurate project trackingExceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to lead client negotiationsExperienced in managing project change and securing client approvalProven ability to coordinate and manage resources across multiple concurrent projectsCompetent in managing conflict, resolving issues, and reforecasting across delivery streamsFluent in spoken and written EnglishAbout You
