We are seeking professional and reliable 3.5 Tonne Drivers to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods from Depot to Homes across the UK, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Experience with Home Delivery is highly desirable, along with a strong commitment to customer service and road safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3.5 Tonne vans for Multi Drop 2 man Home Delivery
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Load and unload cargo safely, securing loads appropriately for transit.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery notes and logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transit.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Pay rates

• £13.75 per hour base rate 
• £15.41 per hour including holiday pay
• 50 hours per week guaranteed
