Location: Durham (Full-time in office)
Hours: 37 hours/week (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)
Salary: -25,878 per annum + discretionary bonus up to 8%
The Role
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Support Services Administrator to keep our local regional office running efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for office support, facilities, and general administrative needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintenance, supplies, and contractor/landlord communications.
Coordinate desk bookings, equipment, and facilities for joiners and leavers.
Book and manage travel and accommodation requests.
Perform routine compliance checks and maintain accurate operational records.
Provide administrative support for company sustainability and social value initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a facilities, receptionist, or administrative role.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.
A proactive, flexible team player with exceptional customer service skills.
Desirable: First Aid and Fire Warden certification.
