Maintenance Manager Location: North Norfolk Salary: £65,000 per annum Hours: Monday Friday, 08 00 (42 hours per week) Positions Available: 1 The Role We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all on-site engineering activities within a highly automated manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will have full responsibility for maintenance performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site, managing a team of up to 10 direct reports.This is a leadership-focused role with strong technical oversight, requiring a manager who can balance people development, operational delivery, and engineering best practice. Key Responsibilities Safety, Health and Environment Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards. Promote a safety-first culture across the engineering function. People Leadership Lead, develop, and performance-manage the engineering team. Drive training, coaching, and succession planning. Maintenance and Reliability Deliver effective planned, reactive, and predictive maintenance strategies. Improve equipment reliability, availability, and maintenance standards. Oversee critical spares, stores management, and asset care. Systems and Compliance Ensure accuracy and effective use of the CMMS. Maintain legislative and engineering compliance across the site.
