Our HBA Architecture studio in London is looking for a Senior Associate with a strong background in hospitality project delivery to help lead the technical and executional side of our growing studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned architect with proven experience in luxury hotel projects to drive quality, manage teams, and work directly with clients and consultants.Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex hospitality projects.Lead internal teams and external consultants across all stages, ensuring quality and compliance.Work closely with the Design Director and Principals to align design intent with technical execution.Act as a client lead and point of contact throughout project delivery.Implement best practices and mentor mid-level team members.Contribute to studio growth and help shape HBA Architecture''s delivery culture in London.Minimum qualifications

12+ years of professional experience, with significant time in the hospitality sector.Right to work in the UK and currently based in the UKStrong leadership in project delivery, from design to construction.Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants.Proficient in Revit and BIM processes, with a good grasp of workflows and QA/QC.ARB/RIBA registered (or eligible).Strong communication and project management skills.Able to stay calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and a natural team player.If you''re an experienced hospitality architect ready to step into a senior delivery leadership role, we''d love to hear from you!
