Sewell Wallis is partnering with a large South Yorkshire manufacturing business based in Sheffield in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner.This is a new role and will report directly to a driven, proactive HR Director. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment and talent agenda for this growing business. The role will develop and deliver a recruitment strategy that supports the ambition to double organisational headcount over the next 2-3 years, ensuring the business attracts, selects and retains the talent needed to meet operational and strategic growth plans. The postholder will create a suite of fit-for-purpose job descriptions, establish and manage an effective preferred supplier list, build interval succession plans for critical roles, and lead innovative talent attraction and retention initiatives, including recruitment open days.The role requires strong recruitment expertise within a manufacturing environment and the ability to work closely with leaders across the business to build sustainable talent pipelines.
