Job Title: Electrician

Location: Swindon

Salary: -21.50 an hour w/ Van and Fuel Card

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, plus out-of-hours call-out rota

• Carry out responsive electrical repairs, maintenance and fault finding within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Complete EICRs, testing, inspection and certification.
• Undertake consumer unit repairs, MCB replacements, rewires, lighting, smoke alarms, extractor fans, shower repairs and minor installations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes.
• Work in line with Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements for the Electrician

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• AM2 qualification.
• NICEIC registration (preferred).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
