Reporting into Proposition Delivery Manager, you will:Key Responsibilities:Drive the implementation of key customer propositions in store such as the evolution of Healthcare reinvention, including relevant rollout plansSupport with the development and implementation of store propositions such as optimising consultation space as part of our Modernising Property Portfolio programmeTake ownership of critical path elements, holding team members accountable to ensure key milestones are metWork collaboratively with key stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and partners, and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on key decisions and effective two-way communicationAnalyse the performance of propositions post-launch, making relevant adjustments and recommendations if neededUse data analysis, insight gathering and market evaluation to ensure solutions align with customer needs, industry trends, and business objectivesWhat you''ll need to haveA collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-skilled team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholdersAbility to work at pace and managing multiple priorities with efficiencyComfortable navigating change and responding quickly to new challenges, with openness to continuous learning and personal developmentA proactive mindset to take initiative, seek opportunities and drive positive changeIt would be great if you also haveHealthcare experience would be an advantageOur benefitsBoots Retirement Savings PlanDiscretionary annual bonusGenerous employee discountsEnhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a childFlexible benefits scheme
