Role Overview: As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Directors, taking full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. You will play a pivotal role in the company s ambitious plans to grow in revenue over the next five years, driving efficiency and strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial team to ensure KPIs are met and align with the business plan. Oversee month-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Prepare comprehensive management packs and executive summaries for the Board. Provide financial analysis and recommendations for key business investments. Develop budgets and forecasts, identifying and addressing variances. Implement and manage internal systems, processes, and controls to optimise efficiency. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and VAT regulations. Manage daily cash flow, banking relationships, and financing solutions.
