The Role:

As Head of Year 9, you will play a vital pastoral and academic leadership role, supporting the progress, behaviour, and wellbeing of students in the year group. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will also have a teaching timetable in your specialist subject area.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support the academic and personal development of Year 9 students
Monitor student progress and work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
Deliver high-quality teaching within your subject specialism
Uphold and promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, and attainment
