Customer Service Advisor required for our public sector client

09.00 - 16.00, Monday - Friday

Office Based Role

Initially until November, however could be extended

The role will be taking calls for their waste services department-

You -will have recent experience of providing information and advice to the public in a-
busy customer service environment, preferably telephone based, and be capable of-
handling a range of situations with tact, diplomacy and empathy.

You will have excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to converse-
with all types of people, a polite and courteous attitude, and a commitment to-
providing excellent customer care.-

You will also be able to work well under pressure-
with a minimum of supervision while ensuring consistency and accuracy, and be-
proficient in the use of software systems, with good keyboard skills.

Experience of working in front-line council services would be an advantage but is not-
essential as full training will be provided.-
