With a reputation for delivering expert advice across building consultancy, planning, residential and commercial services, they pride themselves on their collaborative culture and people-first ethos.They are now seeking a talented Associate Partner/Lease Advisory Surveyor to join their established office team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of landlord and tenant instructions, supporting a variety of clients across the commercial property sector.The role will be close to 50/50 Landlord/Tenant, and our client has an established portfolio of landlords (primarily institutional investors, PropCos and UHNWI’s) as well as notable tenant brands.Key ResponsibilitiesLead negotiations for rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears across the office sectorAct as Expert Witness in lease-related disputes and proceedingsConduct red book and non-red book valuations where requiredMaintain and grow client relationships, proactively seeking new business opportunitiesAttend client meetings and contribute to wider team discussionsProduce clear and detailed written reports and recommendationsSupport the wider growth and development goals of the lease advisory teamey RequirementsMRICS qualified with strong post-qualification experience in lease advisoryProven track record of managing rent reviews and lease renewals (Central London experience advantageous)High level of IT literacy and report writing capabilitySelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyProactive, driven and commercially mindedAmbitious with a strong desire for career progressionThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy at an exciting stage of their growth.
