Our education recruitment agency is currently working with a number of well-regarded secondary schools in Tunbridge Wells who require confident and adaptable Supply Teachers for day-to-day, short-term and longer-term cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to work in different school environments without the pressure of full-time planning and marking.

The role includes:

• Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching at secondary level
• Are confident covering different subjects when required
• Are reliable, professional and adaptable
