This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 10 production operatives per shift, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. We are looking for an experienced Production, Manufacturing or Operations professional who can hit the ground running, drive performance and bring a strong continuous improvement mindset to the role.
