The firm is known for its high staff retention rates and offers excellent training and support alongside a competitive salary.Job DescriptionThe Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of responsibilities including;Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes.Advise and represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.Work closely with the Head of Property in the North and colleagues in London.Pick up your own caseload of smaller value filesBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport the team with business development initiatives and client pitches.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have:Experience handling property disputes and advising on landlord and tenant matters.Likely to be between 0-3 years PQEExcellent drafting and negotiation skills.Strong academicsTies to LeedsWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary in the range of £60000 to £70000 per annum.Generous pension contribution of 5%.25 days of annual holiday leave, plus bank holidays.Annual bonus scheme to reward performance.Hybrid working model to support work-life balance.
