who will be responsible for supervising the smooth running of reception during the course of a shift ensuring that the required standards of guest care are maintained. To liaise with the Reception Manager to ensure that procedures and training are constantly monitored.The Reception Supervisor Key Responsibilities will include:To supervise the front desk by keeping a high profile of appearance at the desk, ensuring that receptionists are well informed about the days business, selling codes, VIPs, group arrivals and any other promotions.To ensure that a friendly and efficient service is given by reception at all times.Ensure hotel policy, as it relates to front office, is strictly observed at check-in, during guest stay and departure.Promote hotel outlets to guests to maximise sales.To check the room availability by room type and to make appropriate adjustments in order to avoid overbooking, keeping control of the OOS/OOO rooms at all times.The Experience and Qualifications for
