The opportunity As Finance Administrator, you''ll support the smooth running of the day-to-day finance function, working closely with the wider finance team and colleagues across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Processing sales and purchase invoices Maintaining accurate financial records and finance systems Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable Allocating and reconciling payments Assisting with bank reconciliations Supporting credit control and dealing with customer queries Processing employee expenses Assisting with month-end activities Preparing finance information and reports Responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements About you We''re looking for an organised and detail-focused individual who is keen to build a career in finance.
