Our client is looking to add a Personal Tax Associate Director to join their team.You will manage a portfolio of clients, including business owners, serial entrepreneurs, partnerships, and high net worth individuals and their related companies or trusts, ensuring excellent client serviceBuild and maintain client relationships and provide a high level of client serviceManage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approachEffectively manage, motivate, mentor, and develop other members of the team and offer a professional role model, as well as working closely with the Farms teamUnderstand technical matters and present them in a clear and practical waySupport Partners on advisory projects and implementation of complex tax planning arrangements for farmers and landowners, including capital gains tax and inheritance tax/succession planningActively development the business, winning work by proactively managing existing clients and targeting new clientsEstablish a strong network of contacts, internally and externally, including agents, solicitors, bank managers and other professionals working in the rural sectorSkills and Experience:CTA and ACCA/ACA qualifiedHave experience of working in a personal tax teamFor further information on this role please contact Rich Clark at Clark Wood - richard@clark-wood.co.uk - Mobile: +44 (0) 7796 543596#J-18808-Ljbffr
