Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2+ PQE)
to join our team. Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills are highly desirable, as many of our cases involve clients or counterparties from Eastern Europe.You will work across a range of disputes, sometimes leading on cases and at other times contributing as part of a larger team. The role is hands-on and client-facing, with real opportunities to contribute to the firm’s growth and impact.Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will be expected to:Lead on cases and contribute as part of a wider team on othersPrepare and manage pleadings, evidence, witness preparation, disclosure, and hearingsAdvise clients on litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution strategiesLiaise with international counsel and experts in multi-jurisdictional mattersCollaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver seamless client serviceSupport business development and thought leadership initiativesContribute to the supervision and mentoring of junior team membersThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone with:A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualified experience in dispute resolutionExperience with complex, commercial litigation, ideally with a cross-border elementRussian and/or Ukrainian language skills (desirable but not essential)Strong technical expertise and case management skillsA strategic mindset and the creativity to think outside the box, as many of our cases demand original solutionsThe confidence to inspire client trust quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring othersCommercial awareness and the ability to align legal strategy with client goalsAbove all, a genuinely kind and self-motivated person, as is the rest of our teamWhat We OfferHybrid working, two days in office and three from homeA genuinely collaborative, no-ego, and results-focused cultureExposure to high-profile, multi-jurisdictional casesOpportunities for international travelThe ability to truly make an impact in the firm’s developmentPrivate medical insurance and pension contributionsMonthly team lunches and eventsThe ability to build an international network of the best in their fieldsTo ApplyPlease apply through LinkedIn, including your CV and cover letter in PDF format.
