Site Manager ROLE: Site Manager PAY RATE: 16.92 PAYE JOB TYPE: 3 Months Contract LOCATION: Liverpool, Merseyside, L36- Travel Between Multiple Site HOURS: 37:50 hours per week About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Site Manager to support multiple school sites across the Liverpool area. This is a hands-on role involving general caretaking, practical maintenance, compliance checks and supervision of subcontractors. The successful candidate will need to be reliable, flexible and able to travel between different school sites as required by business needs. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general caretaking and site management duties across schools.Open and close school buildings as required.Carry out general maintenance tasks such as changing lamps, replacing ceiling tiles and minor repairs.Complete planned maintenance and routine compliance checks, including:Emergency lighting checksFire alarm testingDoor condition checksLight switch checksLegionella checksIdentify maintenance issues through daily "find it, fix it or report it" checks.Log reactive maintenance jobs through the Helpdesk/CAFM system and provide updates on work orders.Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs.Support schools with deliveries, porter duties, exam set-ups and other site requirements.Communicate effectively with school representatives and provide a professional customer service.Carry out subcontractor inductions and maintain records of DBS checks, RAMS and ..... full job details .....
