Working across Manchester, you will deliver personalised 1:1 tuition to students with a range of additional needs, helping them rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and progress academically. That''s why we provide flexible tutoring opportunities, allowing you to work around your availability while making a measurable and lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one Maths and English sessions tailored to individual SEN needs. Create and implement personalised learning plans to address gaps in knowledge. Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with pupils with SEN in a 1:1 or small group setting. Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in core subjects. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Two years of professional references.
