Senior / Principal Architect Responsibilities:Deliver projects from concept to detailed design for laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to life science standards.Develop layouts for various laboratory classifications and environments, including clean rooms.Utilise Autodesk Revit 3D and AutoCAD 2D software to produce high-quality architectural designs.Manage project timelines, costs and quality while ensuring commercial objectives are met.Senior / Principal Architect Requirements:Registered Architect (RIBA/ARB) with demonstrable experience in the Life Sciences sector.Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to detailed design for both laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities.Strong understanding of life science standards and facility classifications.Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software.Must be able to obtain security clearance (essential).Join a company committed to innovation and excellence, where you will be involved in projects that make a tangible impact on the industry.
