We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Customer Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate appointments and support customer accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage shared inboxes and maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide professional and timely communication to customers and colleagues.

About You

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Computer literate, with CRM experience desirable.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs per week
