Full-time Reception Teacher job in Stoke Gifford Your new company This local South Gloucestershire school is largely popular within the community for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This is a mainstream one-form entry school that provides an exciting and relevant curriculum to motivate children to learn collaboratively as well as independently. They incorporate meditation as part of the school day. This is a small school that follows the national curriculum, with around 30 children per class. This position will start after the Easter half-term, continuing until the end of May, with the chance of being extended until summer. Your new role This is an ideal role for those who have a passion for early years primary school teaching. You will be taking on full teaching responsibilities, which will include planning and delivering lessons. It is imperative for you to make such lessons fun and engaging, ensuring the needs of each pupil are met. Class sizes are reasonable, and you should have experience of dealing with challenging behaviour. You will need to be available to start after the Easter break, hit the ground running and fully commit to the end of the academic year. This role is a full-time, long-term role starting in Term 5.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status.
