ASC specialist school We are looking for an Head of School for a specialist ASC School in East London. The school caters for students who are unable to access mainstream education due to a diagnosis of autism The class sizes are very small and focus on the individual needs of students. The school is part of a larger organisation offering alternative education to students who are unable to access mainstream education. What We Are looking for - Headteacher Headteacher or Deputy experience and have or working towards NPQH Experience in SEND settings Experience of teaching with emotional regulation and with positive behaviour/de-escalation strategies Experience of quality assurance, budgets and management of large teams Positive role model to support communication, with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach Request for interviews are happening immediately Interested in hearing more about Headteacher / SLT opportunities?
