Role details:Contract: TemporaryHours: Full-time, 35 hours per weekHours of Operation: 08:45 - 16:30Work Style: Fully office-basedPay Rate: £23.81 per hourAbout the RoleWe''re looking for a proactive, organised and compassionate Team Leader to support the delivery of high-quality Day Services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and complex or challenging needs.In this role, you will:Lead, supervise and support a team of Support WorkersDevelop creative, person-centred activities within both community and building-based settingsEnsure services meet required standards, legislation and best practiceBuild strong relationships with families, carers, and external agenciesManage rotas, staff performance, training, supervisions and appraisalsOversee safeguarding, risk assessments, incident reporting and adherence to policiesMaintain accurate records and support quality monitoringWork flexibly, including participation in an on-call rotaRequirementsNVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social CareExperience working with adults with challenging behavioursPrevious experience supervising or leading staffStrong understanding of safeguarding, The Care Act, MCA and Health and Safety legislationExcellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesFlexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends and bank holidays if requiredEnhanced DBS (Adults Barred List)Why Apply?Opportunity to lead ..... full job details .....
