About the roles In these roles, you will take a flexible approach to meet customer needs, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times to provide an excellent service experience. You will take full responsibility for diagnosing and completing repairs to the highest standard, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible. Working closely with schedulers, you will ensure all actions are communicated and completed efficiently, while focusing on delivering sustainable repairs that prevent repeat issues. You will also carry out void works to the required standards, ensuring properties are ready for occupation. The Multi Skilled Tradesperson (Damp and Mould) role will have a particular focus on identifying, treating and preventing damp and mould within customers'' homes.
