We''re seeking a skilled RMN to join our Multi-Disciplinary Team, delivering high-quality care and promoting the best interests of patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Deliver prescribed nursing care to a defined group of patients. Work collaboratively with patients and their families to assess, plan, and implement care plans. Monitor patient progress, evaluate care plans, and respond to changes in condition. Maintain a safe care environment and adhere to safeguarding protocols. Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development. Support newly qualified staff as a Preceptor. Work in accordance with the Mental Health Act, Capacity Act, and NMC Code. What We''re Looking For: Registered RMN with active NMC registration and a minimum of 6-12 months post-registration experience. Experience in a Mental Health Care setting.
