Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements. Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times. Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team. Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required. Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans. Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
