HR Administrator
Location: BathReporting to: Head of PeopleContract type: Full-time (35 hours per week), Fixed term (12 months)Start date: ASAPSalary: £30,000 per annumJob OverviewThe People Administrator supports the day-to-day running of the People function and plays a key role in delivering a smooth, consistent employee experience. The role covers a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including People administration, recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations support, and People data management.This is a hands-on role well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, works accurately with detail, and is keen to build strong generalist HR experience within a growing organisation.ResponsibilitiesPeople Administration and OperationsManage People administration across the full employee lifecyclePrepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and contract variationsMaintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and personnel filesSupport payroll processes by providing accurate people data and updatesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesManage probation tracking and related documentationRespond to day-to-day HR queries from employees and managersEmployee Relations SupportProvide administrative and practical support on ER matters, including note-taking and documentationMaintain confidential ER case records and correspondenceSupport absence management processes and associated record-keepingEscalate complex or sensitive issues to the wider People ..... full job details .....
