About the Role:
- Promote student progress:andnbsp;Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback to support each student in reaching their full potential
- Maintain a positive learning environment: Use effective behaviour management strategies to create a focused and respectful classroom atmosphere
- Innovate within the curriculum:andnbsp;Design and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned teaching approaches that spark a genuine interest in Maths
