This is a hands-on role within a technology team that plays a critical role in maintaining secure, resilient, and scalable systems across on-premise and cloud environments. Support Windows-based environments where required. Monitor system performance, availability, and security. Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues across the TCP/IP stack. Apply patches, updates, and security fixes in line with best practice. Support AWS infrastructure including compute, storage, and networking. Maintain backups, disaster recovery processes, and system documentation. Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams.
